Mummy-Daughter Time

I was on MC today.. Was not feeling too good as I was feeling dizzy and my body aches like ****. I still went to school to give some exercise for my pupils.. Their exam is next week and I am having the shivers!! Weird!! Anyway, since my mum went out station for a function, hubby was working at home... Jasmine was with us. I did painting with princess to distract daddy's little girl. But it only lasted about 20 minutes.. Then, she started to walk around.. I think she felt restless...

Teacher's Day Celebration

We celebrated Teacher's Day at my school today.. We started the day with speeches from the Ministry. Followed by "Kami Guru Malaysia" Song.. Funny how I still could remember this song by heart.. I always get goosebumps when I sing this song. Next, the kids entertained the teachers with songs and dance. Then... Netball Game for teachers... Team A and B. The game lasted 30 minutes with 5 minutes break in between. Drew 7-7... and.. *drum roll* my team aka Team B won by penalty shots 2-0... Woohoo... It was a very 'violent' game... *giggles* I believe all of us had a good laugh at the end of the day as our ONLY MALE headmaster was a really funny commentator..

My New Toy

I've been eyeing it for quite sometime but don't have the $$$$ to get it.. Finally, my hubby said, "Okay, I'll sponsor it" Woohoo... thats it! I did my research via the net and went to the exhibition.. Played around.. and I made my mind and gave my credit card... He swiped... Transaction successful... At last.. I am the proud owner of Nikon D5000 (DSLR Camera).. I'm still in a process of learning... I haven't get my best shot yet...

Scrapbook Craze!

If you have been noticing me on FB... You should know by now that I am so into craft... Especially greeting cards... So I decided to enroll myself to Scrapbooking Basics. The class was held yesterday at Smidapaper Studio. I learnt a lot of stuff on Scrapbook and made 2 layouts for a start... I am so in love with it.. I was so moved and inspired by the explanation given on Scrapbooking by Shila (My instructor who is also the owner of the scrapbook supplies store). Scrapbooking is not only about pasting the pictures and decorating the pages... It's about our life when we put words (journaling) and pictures to the pages. It tells us story about each life... Wohooo.... Well... I put this way.. Instead of writing a diary.. I pen it down on a 12 by 12 inches paper and include pictures and decorate to make it interesting.. After all, picture speaks for itself... Would like to thank my SIL, Jacqueline, who bought me lots of materials and stuff for scrapbooking from Aus..

This entry is dedicated to Myzura, my KPLI course mate. Since I met her during the convo, she's been pestering me to update my blog. I'm kinda honored thinking there's actually people been following my blog... *wink*wink*  She said, "Your blog dah bersawang!" Which means that my blog has been nested by spiders... Hehehe.. It's not that I don't want to but I've been busy.. Well.. excuses..excuses..excuses.. I admit.. I'm just not organized.. I can't get rid of my old habit... PROCASTINATION... Since Jasmine is sleeping, my hubby is cleaning the house and I've done all my school work which have been pending for a week... (I'm excluding the tonnes of clothes to be iron in the basket) I think I can spare an hour to 'spring clean' my blog.. =)
