Asam Laksa and Power Chicken Curry

Made Asam Laksa during the weekend... It wasn't that bad for a first timer.. *wink*wink* Hubby said the taste is okay but I felt something was missing.. I followed the recipe from Amy Beh's cooking book.. Hmm... You can also find the recipe from Kuali.com

While hubby made a pot of power chicken curry... using Jaffna curry powder and secret ingredients from Mummy...(forgot to take the pic.. next time..)

What should I cook next??? Something new perhaps...
